This is all fine!

Personality: Usually happy, explodes with rage when angry, kind, laid back, hardworking only about music, sarcastic, easily annoyed, fast and agile runner, runs everywhere when super hyped, dense when it comes to love, tardy, knowledgeable, artistic, sometimes lies, shy and wary of strangers, cheapskate

I... What..? There are so many contradictions in here. Almost none of his personality actually makes sense. How can he be 'Kind' and 'laid back' when he's easily annoyed, sarcastic, and explodes with rage?! None of that makes sense, he can't have two completely different personality traits that conflict with each other, you have to edit this or take some/add some traits, right now his personality is heavily flawed.

I-WHAT?! How can he be 'kind' When he teases and deceives others?! I heavily suggest removing his friendly traits if this is going to be the case.

But he's a musician of the sort, apparently...? unnecessary loud noise is part of the job. Does he not like his own occupation...?

Overall the character has potential, but the fatal flaw here is that his personality is all over the place. You need to fix him up, there are contradictions everywhere that need to be fixed. He has a fair design, but it kind of reminds me a lot of rainbow dash.
